Joseph's Quilt

Christmas Treats - 2007 edition

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract

1. Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and sugar
in a large mixing bowl at medium speed until well blended.
2. Add flour and soda, mix well.
(this is where I like to eat a ton of it)
3. Chill dough for 3o minutes.
4. Roll and cut out with cookie cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes at 325 degrees.

Frost as desired.
